| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu motivačních faktorů zaměstnanců vybrané neziskové organizace. Cílem této práce je analyzovat faktory motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané neziskové organizaci a na základě získaných poznatků poskytnout návrhy, které by mohly dále podpořit a zlepšit motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců. V první části práce je uvedena teoretická studie o motivaci, ve které jsou definovány klíčové teoretické pojmy a přístupy k motivaci ve světě práce, s důrazem na specifika a fungování neziskových organizací. V praktické části je představena vybraná organizace, jsou analyzovány výsledky hloubkového rozhovoru s vedením a data z dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Na základě získaných dat jsou identifikovány motivující faktory a formulovány návrhy na zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců. Práce přináší také nový pohled na to, jak je možné efektivně motivovat zaměstnance v neziskovém sektoru a zdůrazňuje důležitost udržování vysoké míry motivace pro dosažení cílů organizace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on analyzing employee motivation within a nonprofit organization. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the factors influencing employee motivation in a selected nonprofit organization and to provide suggestions based on the findings that could further enhance and improve employee motivation and satisfaction. The first part presents a theoretical study of motivation, defining key concepts and approaches to motivation in the workplace, with an emphasis on the specifics and operations of nonprofit organizations. In the practical section, a selected organization is introduced, and the results from in-depth interviews with management and data from a survey among employees are analyzed. Based on the collected data, motivating factors are identified and suggestions for improving employee motivation are formulated. The thesis also offers a new perspective on how to effectively motivate employees in the nonprofit sector and highlights the importance of maintaining high levels of motivation to achieve organizational goals. |
