| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vlivu ESG faktorů na ekonomizaci designového sklářství v České republice. Soustředí se zejména na zhodnocení připravenosti českých designových sklářských společností na ESG reportování a identifikování nejčastějších překážek a potřebných opatření k jejich implementaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů, potřebných k pochopení dané problematiky. Praktická část práce zahrnuje realizaci výzkumu formou hloubkových rozhovorů přímo s jednotlivými sklářskými společnostmi v České republice. V závěru práce jsou shrnuté výstupy provedené kvalitativní studie a návrhy navazujících a rozšiřujících výzkumů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the impact of ESG factors on the economization of the design glass industry in the Czech Republic. In particular, it focuses on assessing the readiness of Czech design glass companies for ESG reporting and identifying the most common barriers and necessary measures for their implementation. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts needed to understand the issue. The practical part of the thesis involves conducting research in the form of in-depth interviews directly with individual glass companies in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the qualitative study and suggestions for follow-up and extension research are summarized. |
