| Abstract: | Zkoumání dopadů umístění sídla firem v historicky a kulturně významné budově Restaurace Praha Expo 58. Analýza, jak vnímání této ikonické budovy ovlivňuje každodenní operace a vnější image sídlících firem. Praktická část kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody, zahrnující dotazníky a rozhovory s bývalými a současnými zaměstnanci a řediteli firem. Výsledky ukázaly, že přestože historický význam budovy přináší řadu výhod, jako je zvýšení prestiže a inspirativní pracovní prostředí, existují výzvy spojené s údržbou a byrokracií. Práce přináší hlubší porozumění specifikům práce v historických budovách a jejich dopadu na moderní organizace, a může sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkumy i praktické aplikace v oblasti správy nemovitostí a kulturního dědictví. |

| Abstract: | Thesis investigates the impacts of locating company headquarters in the historically and culturally significant building of the Restaurant Prague Expo 58. It analyzes how the perception of this iconic building influences the daily operations and external image of the residing companies. The practical part combines quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys and interviews with both former and current employees and directors. The results showed that although the historical significance of the building brings a number of benefits, such as increased prestige and an inspirational work environment, there are challenges associated with maintenance and bureaucracy. The study provides deeper insights into working in historical buildings and their impact on modern organizations, and it can serve as a basis for further research and practical applications in property management and cultural heritage. |
