| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Mountfield a.s. z pohledu externího analytika. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví a stabilitu podniku. Pomocí analýz klíčových finančních ukazatelů nalézt silné a slabé stránky v této oblasti a zhodnotit jejich vývoj a možný budoucí dopad na společnost. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretický základ je věnován metodám finanční analýzy, jež jsou následně využity v části praktické. V praktické části je hodnoceno finanční zdraví firmy za pomoci veřejně dostupných dat, provedením analýzy absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Dále je zhodnocena finanční výkonnost s využitím vybraných bonitních a bankrotních modelů, modelem EVA a k ucelení obrazu a nalezení širších souvislostí je provedena fundamentální analýza, která by měla pomoci nalézt hrozby a příležitosti v okolí firmy. Závěr obsahuje syntézu klíčových výstupů jednotlivých analýz, na základě čehož jsou formulována doporučení ve finančním řízení a zhodnoceno celkové finanční zdraví společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of Mountfield, a.s. from the perspective of an external analyst. The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial health and stability of the company. Using analyses of key financial indicators, find strengths and weaknesses in this area and assess their development and possible future impact on the company. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical basis is devoted to financial analysis methods, which are subsequently used in the practical part. In the practical part, the company's financial health is evaluated with the help of publicly available data by analyzing absolute, differential, and ratio indicators. Furthermore, financial performance is evaluated using selected credit and bankruptcy models, as well as the EVA model, and a fundamental analysis is performed to complete the picture and find broader connections, which should help to find threats and opportunities in the company's surroundings. The conclusion contains a synthesis of the key outputs of individual analyses, based on which recommendations in financial management are formulated and the company's overall financial health is evaluated. |
