| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na to, jak ukrajinští podnikatelé začínají podnikat v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké výzvy jsou při zahájení podnikání kritické a jak se s nimi ukrajinští podnikatelé vypořádávají. Teoretická část práce poskytuje náhled na existující modely a teorie týkající se jednotlivých problémů a odolnosti podnikatelů při jejich řešení. V praktické části práce byl pomocí metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru proveden výzkum mezi 8 podnikateli různých věkových a sociálních skupin. Z analýzy dat vyplývá, že odolnost je klíčovým faktorem pro zvládání podnikatelských problémů v kontextu migrace. Respondenti, kteří dosáhli úspěchů ve svém podnikání, projevovali odolnost v nejrůznějších její podobách. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on how Ukrainian entrepreneurs start their business in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to find out what challenges are critical when starting a business and how Ukrainian entrepreneurs deal with them. The theoretical part of the thesis provides insight into existing models and theories regarding the various challenges and the resilience of entrepreneurs in dealing with them. In the practical part of the thesis, research was conducted among 8 entrepreneurs of different age and social groups by using the semi-structured interviewing method. Data analysis shows that the resilience is a key factor for coping with business challenges in the context of migration. Respondents who had achieved success in their businesses demonstrated resilience in its various forms. |
