| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá svatebními obřady v České republice. Zkoumá jejich kulturní význam a popisuje historii tradičních svatebních zvyků. Práce definuje různé druhy obřadů, ovšem hlavním předmětem zkoumání je organizační proces svatby a rozbor jednotlivých kroků plánování. Z manažerského hlediska řeší také práci svatebních profesionálů a novodobé proměny v organizaci ceremonií. Cílem autorky je zasazení teoretických poznatků do praxe, využívá k tomu kvalitativní výzkum formou osobních rozhovorů s nevěstami a majitelkou svatebního salonu. Záměrem výzkumu je analýza spolupráce s odborníky ze svatebního odvětví, dále jsou rozhovory směřovány na vliv finančních možností při výběru místa svatby a v neposlední řadě řeší současný význam tradičních zvyků. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines wedding ceremonies in the Czech Republic, exploring their cultural significance and describing the history of traditional wedding customs. It defines various types of ceremonies, but the main focus is on the organizational process of weddings and an analysis of individual planning steps. From a managerial perspective, it also addresses the work of wedding professionals and contemporary changes in ceremony organization. The author's goal is to integrate theoretical knowledge into practice, utilizing qualitative research in the form of personal interviews with brides and the owner of a wedding salon. The research aims to analyze collaboration with professionals in the wedding industry, as well as the influence of financial possibilities on choosing a wedding venue, and lastly, to address the current significance of traditional customs. |
