| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout strategická doporučení na základě důkladné strategické analýzy společnosti Red Bull. Práce zkoumá vnitřní a vnější faktory ovlivňující tržní pozici a konkurenceschopnost společnosti, prochází analýzou strategie, vize, mise a hodnot, jak makrookolí, tak mikrookolí. Dále poskytuje detailní analýzu vnitřních zdrojů pomocí VRIO analýzy, hodnototvorného řetězce a produktové analýzy. Syntéza těchto poznatků vede k formulaci SWOT analýzy a identifikaci klíčových rizik, které jsou základem pro strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide strategic recommendations based on a thorough strategic analysis of Red Bull. The work examines internal and external factors influencing the market position and competitiveness of the company, covers the analysis of strategy, vision, mission, and values, as well as the macro and micro environments. It also provides a detailed analysis of internal resources using VRIO analysis, value chain, and product analysis. The synthesis of these insights leads to the formulation of a SWOT analysis and the identification of key risks, which form the basis for strategic recommendations. |
