| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit motivaci dětí pro věnování se folklorní činnosti, vztah k folkloru a důvody pro vstup do souboru. Pro větší komplexnost práce je uvedeno porovnání situace v Praze a na Chodsku, kde tradice stále žijí. Výzkum probíhal ve dvou vybraných dětských folklorních souborech, zvolen byl jeden zástupce z Prahy a druhý z Domažlic. Metodami výzkumu byly zvoleny polostrukturované a strukturované rozhovory, které probíhaly s vedoucími vybraných souborů a s jejich členy. V praktické části byly představeny výsledky výzkumu v jednotlivých souborech a následně byly porovnány. Výstupem práce jsou doporučení pro vedoucí souboru, která byla stanovena na základě výsledků výzkumu. Doporučení se týkala zejména způsobu motivace dětí. Také bylo nastíněno, jak by mohly být soubory zviditelněny, aby přilákaly nové členy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the motivation of children to engage in folklore activities, their relationship to folklore and the reasons for joining the ensemble. To make the thesis more comprehensive, a comparison of the situation in Prague and Chodsko, where traditions are still alive, is presented. The research was carried out in two selected children's folklore ensembles, one from Prague and the other from Domažlice. The research methods were semi-structured and structured interviews with the leaders of the selected groups and their members. The results of the research in the individual ensembles were presented and then compared. The output of the thesis consists of recommendations for ensemble leaders, based on the research findings. The recommendations were mainly related to the methods for motivating children. It was also outlined how the ensembles could be made more visible to attract new members. |
