| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit marketingovou strategii pro novou kavárnu v Českých Budějovicích. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy, které se týkají marketingu, marketingové strategie a marketingového výzkumu. Praktická část obsahuje základní popis konceptu kavárny, analýzu prostředí, analýzu konkurence, marketingový mix a marketingovou strategii. Součástí práce je i vlastní dotazníkové šetření, které bylo uskutečněno za účelem získání představy o zákazníkovi a jeho preferencích. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose a marketing strategy for a new café in České Budějovice. The theoretical part explains core concepts related to marketing, marketing stratégy and marketing research. The practical part includes a description of the café, the micro and macro environment analysis, the analysis of the competition, the marketing mix, and the marketing strategy. This thesis also includes a questionnaire survey designed to gather an insight into customers and their preferences. |
