| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá výrobními a logistickými procesy v rámci energetického zpracování biomasy. V teoretické části budou vysvětleny jednotlivé vybrané pojmy nezbytně nutné k představení si celého názvu práce i pro laiky v tomto oboru. Cílem diplomové práce je rozbor zpracovatelského a výrobního procesu zpracování především lesní štěpky za pomoci štěpkovacích strojů přes přijetí hrubě zpracované biomasy teplárnou a následné využití tohoto materiálu k výrobě energie. Vzhledem k aktivnímu pohybu v tomto odvětví jsou informace podpořeny osobní praxí, což by mohl být dobrý indikátor relevantnosti a využitelnosti dat pro další zájemce o toto téma a případné budoucí podnikání se štěpkou. Praktická část bude zaměřena na celý proces výroby energie od pokácení stromu v lese přes zpracování zbytků štěpkovacím strojem a odvozem materiálu do teplárny až po následnou konverzi štěpky na energii dodávanou do přilehlé aglomerace. Spojí se zde data získaná od společnosti Quenza s.r.o., která zajišťuje převážně logistický proces a zpracování zbytků stromů z hromad v lese až po příjezd do teplárny C-Energy Plana s.r.o., která začíná druhou fázi procesu počínající vážením dovezeného kamionu v areálu po zpracování biomasy v několikafázovém postupu vedoucího ke spalování materiálu ve fluidních kotlích, ve kterých se energie vyrábí. Důležitými přínosy práce, které je vhodné vyzdvihnout, jsou rozšíření obzorů nově příchozím do oblasti dřevařského průmyslu o práci s lesní štěpkou a průvod celým procesem jejího zpracování a osobní přínos do problematiky (nejedná se pouze o opis teorie či práci s neznámým). |

| Abstract: | The Master`s thesis deals with production and logistics processes within the energy processing of biomass. In the theoretical part, individual selected key terms will be explained, which are absolutely necessary to introduce the entire title of the work even for laymen in this field. The aim of the Master`s thesis is to analyze the process and production of mainly forest chips with the help of chipping machines through the acceptance of roughly processed biomass by a thermal plant and the subsequent use of this material for creating energy. Due to the active movement in this industry, the information is supported by personal experience, which could be a good indicator of relevance and usability of the obtained data for others interested in this topic and possible future woodchip business. The practical part will be focused on the entire process of energy production, from felling a tree in the forest to processing the residues with a chipping machine and transporting the material to the heating plant, to the final conversion of the wood chips into energy supplied to the adjacent agglomeration. The data obtained from the company Quenza s.r.o., which mainly provides the logistics process and the processing of tree residues from piles in the forest to the arrival at the C-Energy Plana s.r.o. heating plant, will be combined here, which begins the second phase of the process, starting with the weighing of the imported truck in the area and then the processing of the biomass in a multi-phase of the procedure leading to the combustion of material in fluid boilers in which energy is produced. The important benefits of the work, which should be highlighted, are the broadening of the horizons of newcomers to the wood industry about working with wood chippers and a tour through the entire operation of its processing and a personal contribution to the issue (it is not just a description of theory or work with the unknown). |
