| Abstract: | Cílem závěrečné práce je prozkoumat vliv komunikačních sítí na pracovní motivaci a vytvořit doporučení vyplývající z porovnání současné situace na pracovišti s preferencemi zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce popisuje pohledy na motivaci, pojem komunikace a její faktory, prostředky a vlivy. Praktická část, která vychází z výzkumu uskutečněném pomocí dotazníku, popisuje reálnou dynamiku v pracovním prostředí, využití a styl komunikace a preference zaměstnanců. Z výzkumu vyplívá doporučení pro organizace a vedoucí pracovníky k optimálnímu užívání komunikačních sítí k motivaci zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to examine the impact of communication networks on employee motivation and to formulate recommendations based on the comparison between current work situation and employee preferences. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces selected perspectives on motivation, the concept of communication and its factors and influences. The practical part, based on a questionnaire survey, describes the real world dynamics and communication in the workplace and employee preferences. The research results in formation of recommendations for organizations and managers for the optimal use of communication networks to increase employee motivation. |
