| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je návrh doporučení pro zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Pro naplnění hlavního cíle je využito dvou dílčích cílů. Prvním dílčím cílem je shrnutí základních teoretických východisek. Druhým dílčím cílem je vyhodnocení situace na trhu práce z hlediska zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Rovněž byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty jsou základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti sluchového postižení a řízení lidských zdrojů. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a e-mailovou komunikaci se zaměstnavateli dvou organizací. Přínosem bakalářské práce je návrh doporučení pro zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením, aby byli jednodušším způsobem přijímání do pracovního procesu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the employment of people with hearing impairment. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is the proposal of recommendations for the employment of people with hearing impairment. To fulfill the main goal, two sub-goals are used. The first sub-goal is a summary of the basic theoretical starting points. The second sub-goal is the evaluation of the situation on the labor market in terms of employment of people with hearing impairment. Three research questions were also defined. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of hearing impairment and human resource management. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey, a semi-structured interview and e-mail communication with employers of two organizations. The contribution of the bachelor's thesis is the proposal of recommendations for the employment of people with hearing impairment, so that they can be accepted into the work process in a simpler way. |
