| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má za cíl na základě výsledků získaných prostřednictvím strategické analýzy podniku VPS engineering, a.s., který se primárně zabývá dodáváním výrobních strojů a linek do mlékárenského a sýrárenského průmyslu, vyhodnotit a navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro budoucí působnost na českém i zahraničním trhu. Nejprve budou v rámci teoretické části představeny a popsány základní pojmy a metody a následně dojde k aplikaci těchto konceptů na praktickém příkladu společnosti VPS engineering, a.s. Konkrétními příklady analýz, které budou v práci použity je například PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza odvětví, VRIO analýza, analýza hodnotového řetězce, portfolio analýza nebo finanční analýza. V neposlední řadě se také jedná o SWOT analýzu popisující nejvýznamnější silné a slabé stránky podniku, jakožto i příležitosti a hrozby, které byly prostřednictvím výše zmiňovaných analýz identifikovány. Pozornost byla věnována nejen jednotlivým faktorům, ale sledovány byly také vztahy mezi nimi. Na konci bude výsledek všech analýz shrnut do jednotného výstupu v podobě závěru, v rámci kterého dojde k navržení potenciálních zlepšení strategického řízení společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to evaluate and suggest a proper strategy for future operations on both the national and international field based on the results of the strategic analysis of VPS engineering a.s., whose main focus is on supplying the milk and cheese industry with robots and production lines. In the theoretical part the basic concepts and methods/tools will first be introduced and explained and then these concepts will be applied to the practical example of VPS engineering a.s. Examples of used methods are, for example, PESTLE analysis, Porter’s five forces model, industry analysis, VRIO analysis, value chain analysis, portfolio analysis, or financial analysis. Last but not least, the SWOT analysis, explaining the most significant strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats that were identified through all the previous methods, will be used. Attention has been paid not only to each factor individually but also to the relationships between them. At the end of the thesis there will be a unified output in the form of a conclusion that will include a proposition regarding potential improvements in the strategic management of the company. |
