| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím operačních programů pro financování primárního a sekundárního školství v České republice. První teoretická část vymezuje především charakteristiku vzdělávacího systému, pravidla financování regionálního školství, zdanění ve školství a operační programy. Analytická část zkoumá veřejné výdaje na vzdělávání a analyzuje čerpání finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU. Cílem práce je analyzovat strukturu veřejných výdajů do primárního a sekundárního školství v ČR z hlediska různých zdrojů veřejného financování. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the use of operational programmes for financing primary and secondary education in the Czech Republic. The first theoretical part defines the characteristics of the education system, the rules of financing regional education, taxation in education and operational programmes. The analytical part examines public expenditure on education and analyses the use of EU structural funds. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the structure of public expenditure on primary and secondary education in the Czech Republic in terms of different sources of public funding. |
