| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití metod projektové řízení k optimalizaci plánování hudebního festivalu Votvírák 2024. Cílem práce je navrhnout doporučení pro optimalizaci procesů plánování festivalu Votvírák pomocí implementace metod projektového řízení. Teoretická část obsahuje pojmy a metody projektového řízení popsané na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část popisuje aktuální situaci plánování Votvíráku 2024 na základě hloubkových rozhovorů se členy realizačního týmu. Je uvedena historie festivalu, situační analýza a SMART cíle. K rozboru dat získaných z rozhovorů jsou využity základní analýzy projektového řízení. Dále jsou v praktické části aplikovány metody WBS a Ganttův diagram. Na základě aplikace těchto metod z práce vyplývají přínosy k optimalizaci plánovaní festivalu Votvírák v následujících letech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of project management methods to optimize the planning of the Votvírák 2024 music festival. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations for optimizing the planning processes of the Votvírák festival by implementing project management methods. The theoretical part consists of the description of the concepts and methods of project management, based on the academic literature. The practical part describes the current situation of planning Votvírák 2024 based on in-depth interviews with members of the implementation team. The history of the festival, situational analysis and SMART objectives are presented. The data obtained from the interviews are analysed by basic project management analyses. Furthermore, WBS and Gantt chart methods are applied in the practical part. Based on the application of these methods, the paper shows the benefits for optimizing the planning of the Votvírák festival in the following years. |
