| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti České dráhy, a.s. s využitím účetních výkazů dostupných z výročních zpráv za období 2018-2022. V teoreticko-metodologické části práce je vymezen účel finanční analýzy, zdrojové informace, vybrané metody finanční analýzy a bankrotní a bonitní modely. V praktické části práce jsou aplikovány metody finanční analýzy a vypočítány hodnoty bankrotních a bonitních modelů, které jsou porovnány s výsledky konkurenta. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou interpretovány výsledky, na základě kterých je posouzeno finanční zdraví společnosti a jsou zdůrazněny silné stránky společnosti, případně jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení finanční situace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of České dráhy, a.s. using financial statements available from annual reports for the period 2018-2022. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis defines the purpose of financial analysis, source information, selected methods of financial analysis and bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. In the practical part of the thesis, the financial analysis methods are applied, and the values of bankruptcy and creditworthiness models are calculated and compared with competitor's results. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the results are interpreted to assess the financial health of the company and highlight the company's strengths or suggest recommendations for improving the financial situation. |
