| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím strategické analýzy společnosti Groupe SEB ČR s.r.o. vypracovat komplexní strategické doporučení s konkrétními kroky a návrhy. Toto doporučení bude založeno na silných i slabých stránkách společnosti, jakožto i na externích příležitostech a hrozbách současného světa. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje klíčové definice a termíny a představuje relevantní teoretické rámce a modely, které jsou nezbytné pro správné provedení strategické analýzy. Praktická část vychází ze získaných poznatků teoretické části a aplikuje popsané modely s využitím dostupných dat, na jejichž základě lze vytvořit spolehlivé závěry. Všechny tyto poznatky jsou následně shrnuty v kapitole syntézy, která slouží jako základ pro vypracování strategických doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a comprehensive strategic recommendation with specific steps and proposals through a strategic analysis of Groupe SEB ČR s.r.o. This recommendation will be based on the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats of the current world. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines key definitions and terms and introduces relevant theoretical frameworks and models that are essential for the proper execution of the strategic analysis. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained from the theoretical section and applies the described models using available data, on the basis of which reliable conclusions can be drawn. All insights are subsequently summarized in the synthesis chapter, which serves as the foundation for the drawing up of strategic recommendations for the business. |
