| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vzniku a působení ukrajinských franšíz na trhu České republiky. Cílem práce je prozkoumat strategie vstupu ukrajinských franšíz na český trh, identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující úspěch či neúspěch jejich působení a poskytnout relevantní doporučení pro potenciální investory či podnikatele. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na koncept franšízového podnikání, právní a finanční aspekty franšízingu v ČR, a také na metody použité v praktické části. To zahrnuje PESTLE analýzu, SWOT analýzu, VRIO analýzu a Porterův model pěti sil. Praktická část zkoumá problém zevnitř na základě metod popsaných v teoretické částí. Závěr práce obsahuje klíčová zjištění z provedených analýz a doporučení pro podnikatele a investory. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the emergence and operation of Ukrainian franchises in the Czech Republic market. The aim is to explore strategies for the entry of Ukrainian franchises into the Czech market, identify key factors influencing their success or failure, and provide relevant recommendations for potential investors or entrepreneurs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of franchising and the legal and financial aspects of franchising in the Czech Republic, as well as the methods used in the practical part, including PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis, VRIO analysis, and Porter's Five Forces model. The practical part examines the problem from within based on the methods described in the theoretical part. The conclusion of the thesis contains key findings from the analyses conducted and recommendations for entrepreneurs and investors. |
