| Abstract: | Tato práce identifikuje klíčové faktory úspěšnosti malých hudebních festivalů v malých městech prostřednictvím analýzy festivalů Jatka fest a Pacovský poledník. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na typologii festivalů a organizační aspekty jako dramaturgie, marketing, financování a udržitelnost. Závěrem jsou zmapovány motivace účasti návštěvníků. Praktická část porovnává tyto faktory pomocí primárních dat získaných z rozhovorů s organizátory a dotazníkového šetření mezi účastníky festivalu. Přínosem práce je inspirace pro potenciální organizátory podobně koncipovaných festivalů, zejména pak v malých městech. |

| Abstract: | This thesis identifies the key success factors of small music festivals in small towns through an analysis of the Jatka fest and Pacovský polednik festivals. The theoretical part focuses on the typology of festivals and organisational aspects such as dramaturgy, marketing, financing and sustainability. Finally, the motivations for visitor participation are mapped. The practical part compares these factors using primary data obtained from interviews with organisers and a questionnaire survey among festival participants. The contribution of the thesis is an inspiration for potential organisers of similarly conceived festivals, especially in small towns. |
