The topic chosen for the paper is derived from a significant gap in the Dubai industry, where pet-friendly accommodations are not readily available at affordable prices. This enables the paper to align with the emerging trends in the travel industry, including the growing significance of eco-friendly accommodation and the growing popularity of pet ownership. Moreover, based on data analysis and secondary research, provides evidence-based recommendations to cater to a clientele that is budget conscious but values environmentally responsible services. The paper also emphasizes how sustainability can be considered a competitive advantage in the Dubai hospitality industry, and that businesses should always strive to find new strategies. Dokument Sambu Hotel se zaměřuje na zkoumání udržitelných postupů a zásad přátelských k domácím mazlíčkům pro hotel střední kategorie působící v Dubaji. Téma zvolené pro tento článek je odvozeno od významné mezery v dubajském průmyslu, kde ubytování pro domácí mazlíčky není snadno dostupné za dostupné ceny. To umožňuje, aby se tento dokument přizpůsobil novým trendům v cestovním ruchu, včetně rostoucího významu ekologicky šetrného ubytování a rostoucí popularity vlastnictví domácích mazlíčků. Kromě toho, na základě analýzy dat a sekundárního výzkumu, poskytuje doporučení založená na důkazech, aby uspokojila klientelu, která dbá na rozpočet, ale cení si environmentálně odpovědných služeb. Dokument také zdůrazňuje, že udržitelnost lze považovat za konkurenční výhodu v dubajském pohostinství a že podniky by se měly vždy snažit nacházet nové strategie.
