| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou a oceněním firmy Esko spol. s r.o. Cílem této práce je identifikace silných a slabých stránek společnosti, posouzení její hodnoty a navrhnutí opatření pro zlepšení finančního zdraví. Finanční analýza je zpracována za roky 2018 až 2022. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou za pomoci odborné literatury vysvětleny metody finanční analýzy, ukazatele a metoda ocenění podniku DCF entity. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody a ukazatele vyplývající z první části práce. Nachází se zde také porovnání v rámci odvětví. Práce obsahuje také SWOT analýzu, do které vstupují výsledky finanční analýzy a jsou doplněny o vlivy působící na firmu. Poslední částí je samotné ocenění společnosti. Závěrem je provedena syntéza veškerých výsledků. Probíhá zde diskuze o silných a slabých stránkách, o výhledu do budoucnosti a jsou formulována doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis and valuation of Esko spol. s r.o. The aim of this thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company, assess its value and propose measures to improve its financial health. The financial analysis is performed for the years 2018 to 2022. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the financial analysis methods, ratios and the DCF entity valuation method are explained with the help of literature. In the practical part, the methods and indicators resulting from the first part of the thesis are applied. A comparison within the industry is provided as well. The thesis also contains a SWOT analysis, which takes the results of the financial analysis and adds other influences acting on the company. The last part is the valuation of the company itself. Finally, a synthesis of all the results is made At the end are discussed strengths, weaknesses, future prospects and recommendations. |
