This thesis aims to present a comprehensive business plan for Lotalia - a prospective e-commerce retailer of Korean skincare products in Vietnam. The primary objective is to demonstrate the feasibility and profitability of this start-up venture by utilizing theoretical frameworks and practical implementation techniques. The research draws upon secondary sources such as government statistics and academic literature to describe key business planning tools, including SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. The practical section outlines a standard business plan format, encompassing company overview, market research, product design, marketing strategy, financial planning, and risk assessment. Moreover, the research provides valuable insights into the e-commerce cosmetics sector in Vietnam, drawing from a designed questionnaire. The results suggest that Lotalia has promising growth prospects in the Vietnamese e-commerce market, contingent upon well-defined planning and effective execution.
