| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na management konkrétní společnosti během válečného období. Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit metody řízení v organizaci během krizového období války a zkoumat přístupy k řízení zaměstnanců v těchto podmínkách. Práce přináší přínos pro všechny společnosti, které se musí připravit na řízení různých krizových situací. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy týkající se řízení v jednotlivých fázích krizové situace. S využitím metody případové studie bylo zkoumáno, jaké výzvy a přístupy se uplatňují v řízení konkrétní společnosti. Data byla získána prostřednictvím analýzy dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Zjištění ukazují, že společnost čelí zvýšené nejistotě a rizikům, avšak prostřednictvím efektivního řízení a adaptace na měnící se podmínky dosahuje úspěchu i v obtížných časech. V závěru jsou prezentována doporučení pro společnosti, která jim pomohou připravit se na krizi a zachovat kontinuitu své činnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the management of a specific company during the war period. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the management methods in the organization during the crisis period of war and to examine the approaches to managing employees under these conditions. The thesis brings benefits to all companies that must prepare for managing different crisis situations. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to management in the different phases of a crisis. Using the case study method, the challenges and approaches used in the management of a particular company were examined. Data were collected through the analysis of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The findings show that the company is facing increased uncertainty and risks, but through effective management and adaptation to changing conditions, it is achieving success even in difficult times. In the conclusion, recommendations are presented to assist companies in preparing for crisis situations and maintaining business continuity. |
