| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komplexnímu hodnocení úspěšnosti podnikání výrobního podniku Samat, s důrazem na efektivní řízení dlouhodobých podnikatelských cílů a zvyšování hodnoty podniku. Cílem práce je nejen poskytnout hodnotové ocenění 50 % podílu ve firmě pomocí výnosové metody oceňování, ale také vyhodnotit rozhodnutí o odkupu tohoto podílu jednoho ze dvou vlastníků v roce 2023. Práce je strukturovaná do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části jsou představeny klíčové metody oceňování podniků a identifikovány faktory ovlivňující jejich hodnotu. V praktické části je pak aplikováno teoretické poznání na konkrétní případ společnosti Samat. Na základě veřejně dostupných účetních závěrek a dat poskytnutých managementem je provedena důkladná analýza, která vede k stanovení reálné tržní hodnoty firmy. Tato práce přispívá k lepšímu porozumění dlouhodobých strategií efektivního řízení hodnoty podniku a nabízí také důležité náhledy pro management a potenciální investory. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on a comprehensive evaluation of the business success of the Samat manufacturing company, with an emphasis on effective management of long-term business objectives and increasing the value of the company. The aim of the thesis is not only to provide a value assessment of the firm using the income approach to valuation, but also to evaluate the decision to buy out the 50 % shareholding of one of the two owners in 2023. The thesis is structured in two main parts. The theoretical part introduces the key valuation methods of firms and identifies the factors affecting their value. The practical part then applies the theoretical knowledge to the specific case of Samat. Based on publicly available financial statements and data provided by the management, a thorough analysis is performed to determine the fair market value of the firm. This work contributes to a better understanding of long-term strategies for effective enterprise value management and also offers important insights for management and potential investors. |
