| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a srovnáním městské hromadné dopravy v Praze a Pekingu se zaměřením na perspektivu z pohledu pražského MHD. Teoretická část popisuje základní termíny spojené s dopravním sektorem, dopravní systémy a prostředky. Praktická část analyzuje funkčnost a organizaci dopravních systémů obou měst. Následně jsou jednotlivé systémy porovnávány, výstupem práce je identifikace společných a rozdílných aspektů, a celkové zhodnocení k vytvoření doporučení ke zlepšení v obou městech. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of urban public transport in Prague and Beijing, focusing on the perspective from the point of view of Prague's public transport. The theoretical part describes basic terms associated with the transport sector, transportation systems, and means. The practical part analyzes the functionality and organization of the transportation systems of both cities. Subsequently, the individual systems are compared, and the output of the work is the identification of common and different aspects, and an overall evaluation to create recommendations for improvement in both cities. |
