| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu výhod a nevýhod crowdfundingu jako formy financování začátku podnikání v porovnání s ostatními způsoby financování. Cílem práce je prezentovat výhody a nevýhody crowdfundingu prostřednictvím analýzy této metody financování společně s analýzou úspěšných crowdfundingových kampaní a rozhovorů s realizátory těchto kampaní. Práce poskytne přehled výhod, nevýhod, příležitostí a rizik spojených s využitím crowdfundingu, což pomůže začínajícím podnikatelům lépe porozumět této formě financování a rozhodnout se, zda je pro jejich konkrétní podnikatelský záměr vhodná. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of crowdfunding as a form of financing the start of a business compared to other financing methods. The aim of this thesis is to present the advantages and disadvantages of crowdfunding through an analysis of this method of financing together with an analysis of successful crowdfunding campaigns and interviews with the implementers of these campaigns. The thesis will provide an overview of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks associated with the use of crowdfunding, which will help budding entrepreneurs to better understand this form of financing and decide whether it is suitable for their particular business venture. |
