| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na adaptaci žen - matek na českém trhu práce po návratu do pracovního režimu účetní po absolvování rodičovské dovolené. Cílem práce je zjistit a analyzovat, jakým pracovním změnám čelí ženy v oboru účetní po návratu zpět na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené a jaký mají tyto změny vliv na ženu samotnou a celou její rodinu jak z ekonomického, tak psychologického pohledu. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy k tématu závěrečné práce jako jsou situace žen na českém trhu práce, výčet nástrojů podpory matek ke skloubení pracovního a rodinného života a nakonec se věnuje oblasti účetnictví, na kterou bude téma práce omezeno. Empirická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, pomocí kterého jsou získána relevantní data, jež jsou následně analyzována. Na závěr práce jsou sepsána doporučení plynoucí z empirické části. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the adaptation of women - mothers in the Czech labour market after returning to the work regime of accountants after completing parental leave. The aim of this thesis is to find out and analyse what work changes women in the field of accounting face after returning back to the labour market after parental leave and what impact these changes have on the woman herself and her entire family, from both an economic and psychological perspective. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the topic of this thesis, such as the situation of women in the Czech labour market, a list of tools to support mothers to combine work and family life, and finally the field of accounting, to which the topic of the thesis will be limited. The empirical part contains qualitative research, through which relevant data are obtained and subsequently analysed. Recommendations arising from the empirical part are written at the end of the thesis. |
