| Abstract: | Záměrem zhotovení této kvalifikační práce je zkoumání dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti ve vybraném regionu České republiky, konkrétně v Ústeckém kraji, který je touto problematikou poměrně známý širokou veřejností. Bakalářská práce se bude dále zabývat analýzou specifik trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti v tomto regionu a následným srovnáním s ostatními kraji v ČR. Práce bude také zkoumat ekonomické, sociální a strukturální faktory, které mohou mít vliv na situaci daného regionu ČR. První část, tj. teoretická bude zahrnovat podrobné vysvětlení klíčových pojmů týkajících se trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a také politiky nezaměstnanosti v České republice. V části praktické bude pozornost upoutána několik oblastí. Tato část bakalářské práce bude zaměřena na vymezení daného regionu a obyvatel žijících v této části republiky, analýzu dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a následné srovnání s ostatními kraji. |

| Abstract: | The intention of this qualification thesis is to investigate long-term unemployment in a selected region of the Czech Republic, specifically in the Ústí nad Labem region, which is relatively well known by the public. The bachelor thesis will also analyse the specifics of the labour market and unemployment in this region and then compare it with other regions in the Czech Republic. The thesis will also examine the economic, social and structural factors that may affect the situation of the region of the Czech Republic. The first part, i.e. the theoretical part, will include a detailed explanation of the key concepts related to the labour market, unemployment and also unemployment policy in the Czech Republic. The practical part will focus on several areas. This part of the bachelor's thesis will focus on the definition of the region and the population living in this part of the country, the analysis of long-term unemployment and the subsequent comparison with other regions. |
