| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi pracovním stresem a výkonností zaměstnanců v pojišťovně Kooperativa, a.s. Hlavní cíl je identifikovat příznaky psychického stresu a prozkoumat následné dopady pracovního stresu na jejich výkonnost. Sekundární cíl zahrnuje identifikaci účinných strategií pro zvládání stresu. Pro výzkum byla použita metoda ohniskových skupin s polostrukturovanými rozhovory. Data byla analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování a rozdělena na čtyři hlavní témata v systému MAXQDA: pracovní stres, pandemie COVID-19, pracovní výkonnost a zvládání pracovního stresu. Výsledky naznačují určitý vliv pracovního stresu na pracovní výkon. V závěru práce je provedena diskuse, která porovnává zjištěné výsledky s literární rešerší, a následně jsou formulována doporučení pro eliminaci stresových faktorů a efektivnější strategie pro zvládání stresu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the relationship between work-related stress and employee performance in the insurance company Kooperativa, a. s. The main goal is to identify symptoms of psychological stress and explore the subsequent effects of work-related stress on their performance. The secondary goal includes identifying effective stress management strategies. The research utilized the focus group method with semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using open coding and categorized into four main themes in the MAXQDA system: work-related stress, the COVID-19 pandemic, job performance, and stress management. The results indicate a certain influence of work-related stress on job performance. In the conclusion, a discussion compares the findings with the literature research, followed by recommendations for eliminating stress factors and implementing more effective stress management strategies. |
