| Abstract: | Cílem práce je pochopit a detailně popsat mechanismy veřejně-privátní spolupráce, které přispěly k úspěšné konverzi původního průmyslového areálu Winternitzových mlýnů na současné kulturní centrum Automatické mlýny. Práce také popisuje problematiku péče a znovuvyužití kulturně hodnotných brownfieldů na českém území. Čtenář zjistí, jaké práva a povinnosti obnáší vlastnit kulturní památku v českém legislativním prostředí, a jaké má možnosti finanční podpory. Výzkum formou rozhovorů následně zkoumá a sleduje současné fungování spolupráce Automatických mlýnů v plném denním provozu. V závěru práce navrhuji, kde by bylo možné provést změny vedoucí k větší efektivitě partnerství. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to understand and describe in detail the mechanisms of public-private cooperation that contributed to the successful conversion of the original industrial complex of Winternitz Mills into the current cultural centre of Automatické mlýny. The thesis also describes the issue of care and reuse of culturally valuable brownfields in the Czech territory. The reader will find out what rights and obligations are involved in owning a cultural monument in the Czech legislative environment, and what the possibilities of financial support are. The research in the form of interviews then examines and follows the current functioning of the cooperation of the Automatic Mills in full daily operation. The thesis concludes by suggesting where changes could be made to make the partnership more effective. |
