| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma „Strategická analýza společnosti Staročeská pekárna s.r.o.“ se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Staročeská pekárna s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je formulovat strategická doporučení, která by v budoucnu mohla mít pro společnost Staročeská pekárna s.r.o. přínos. Na základě vymezení silných a slabých stránek společnosti a identifikace hlavních příležitostí a hrozeb, které mají na fungování společnosti vliv. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou představeny metody strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsou tyto metody následně aplikovány na společnost Staročeská pekárna s.r.o. V závěru práce jsou popsána strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis on "Strategic analysis of Staročeská pekárna s.r.o." deals with the strategic analysis of the company Staročeská pekárna s.r.o. The main objective of this thesis is to formulate strategic recommendations that could benefit Staročeská pekárna s.r.o. in the future. Based on the definition of the company's strengths and weaknesses and the identification of the main opportunities and threats that affect the company's operations. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the methods of strategic analysis are presented. In the practical part these methods are then applied to the company Staročeská pekárna s.r.o. The thesis concludes with a description of the strategic recommendations. |
