| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na určení tržní hodnoty společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. k 1.4.2023. Práce obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, finanční plán a samotné ocenění podniku pomocí dvou metod: metody diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF entity) a metody tržního porovnání ve variantě odvětvových multiplikátorů. Získaná hodnota je také srovnána s účetní hodnotou vlastního kapitálu společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on determining the market value of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. as of April 1, 2023. The work includes a strategic and financial analysis, a financial plan, and the actual valuation of the company using two methods: the discounted cash flow method (DCF entity) and the market comparison method in the version of industry multipliers. The obtained value is also compared with the book value of the company's equity. |
