| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analyzováním skladovacího procesu vybrané společnosti a jeho optimalizací společně s analýzou sezónnosti a ABC analýzou, která identifikuje klíčové zákazníky. Cílem této práce je na základě provedených analýz předložit vhodná doporučení, která by společnost měla aplikovat, aby došlo k ulehčení a zlepšení celého procesu skladování a nabízené služby jako celku a zároveň faktory, které by měla brát v potaz při dělání strategických rozhodnutí jako je výstavba nové skladovací haly. Pomocí ABC analýzy bylo zjištěno, že společnost disponuje třemi nejdůležitějšími zákazníky, a že u skladování dochází k sezónnosti. Na základě analýzy současného stavu skladování byla zvolena doporučení nákupu lepších manipulačních prostředků, identifikačního systému a regálového systému. Tato doporučení by měla eliminovat rizika, se kterými se společnost potýká a zvýšit její efektivitu a kapacitu možného skladování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analyzing the storage process of a selected logistics company and its optimization, along with conducting a seasonality analysis and ABC analysis to identify key customers. The aim of this thesis is to present suitable recommendations based on the conducted analyses, which the company should implement to facilitate and improve the entire storage process and offered service, as well as factors to consider when making strategic decisions such as the construction of a new warehouse. Using ABC analysis, it was found that the company has three most important customers and that there is a seasonality in warehousing. Based on the analysis of the current storage situation, recommendations were made for the purchase of better handling equipment, an identification system and a rack system. These recommendations should eliminate the risk the company faces and increase its efficiency and capacity for possible storage. |
