| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem návštěvnické motivace v regionálních galeriích. V teoretické části byla zpracována rešerše literatury v oblasti motivace návštěvníků regionálních galerií. K výzkumu byla využita metoda individuálních rozhovorů, které byly zpracovány tematickou analýzou. Výzkumné otázky sledovaly, co motivuje návštěvníky k návštěvě galerie s lokální působností. Dále se výzkum zabýval návštěvnickou spokojeností a zážitkem. Bylo zjištěno, že nejdůležitějším aspektem je komunitní fungování galerie, kdy spokojenost jednoho návštěvníka motivuje další k návštěvě galerie. Na základě provedených rozhovorů byla určena doporučení, která by vedla ke zvýšení návštěvnické atraktivity regionálních galerií. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the research of visitor motivation in regional galleries. The theoretical part involved literature review in the field of visitor motivation in regional galleries. The research utilized the method of individual interviews, which were processed through thematic analysis. The research questions aimed to understand what motivates visitors to visit galleries with local focus. Furthermore, the research examined visitor satisfaction and experience. It was found that the most important aspect is the community functioning of the gallery, where the satisfaction of one visitor motivates others to visit the gallery. Based on the conducted interviews, recommendations were made to increase the visitor attractiveness of regional galleries |
