| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je podrobné vyhotovení strategické analýzy. Cílem práce je identifikace a analýza klíčových faktorů, které ovlivňují vnitřní a vnější okolí podniku. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické části. První část obsahuje jednotlivé nástroje a analýzy, které jsou potřebné ke zhotovení strategické analýzy. V druhé části jsou analýzy a nástroje strategické analýzy aplikovány pro vybraný podnik. Na konci druhé části je provedena SWOT analýza a analýza rizik, shrnutí slabých a silných stánek. Na konci práce jsou sepsána doporučení, od kterých se odvíjejí benefity pro podnik, jako jsou zlepšení postavení na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a detailed strategic analysis. The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the key factors that influence the internal and external environment of the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The first part contains the different tools and analyses that are needed to make a strategic analysis. In the second part, the analyses and tools of strategic analysis are applied to the selected enterprise. At the end of the second part, SWOT and risk analysis, summary of weaknesses and strengths are performed. At the end of the work, recommendations are written, from which benefits for the enterprise are derived, such as improved market position. |
