| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací učitelů na soukromé střední škole XY. Jejím cílem je formulovat aplikovatelná doporučení pro vedení zkoumané organizace, která směřují ke zvýšení motivace jejich zaměstnanců. Doporučení jsou vytvořena na základě analýzy dat motivačního systému organizace, která byla získána kvalitativním způsobem. Analýza motivace je provedena ve dvou částech. První částí je rozhovor s vedením školy a druhou částí jsou rozhovory s jednotlivými zaměstnanci. Ze získaných odpovědí lze nahlédnout na aktuální způsob motivace zaměstnanců a na reálné faktory, které učitele nejvíce motivují. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou definovaná doporučení, jak zvýšit motivaci ve vybrané organizaci a tím i její výkonnost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with teacher motivation at the XY private secondary school. Its aim is to formulate applicable recommendations for the management of the examined organization, which aims to increase the motivation of their employees. The recommendations are based on the analysis of the organization's motivational system data, which was obtained qualitatively. The motivation analysis is conducted in two parts. The first part consists of interviews with the school's management, and the second part consists of interviews with individual employees. From the obtained responses, insights into the current method of motivating employees and the real factors that motivate them the most can be gained. Based on these findings, recommendations are defined on how to increase motivation in the selected organization and thereby its performance. |
