| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo definovat marketingovou strategii plavecké školy Kapříček. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se marketingu, marketingové strategie a marketingového výzkumu. Metodologická část popisuje výzkumné otázky a metody sběru dat. Také obsahuje analýzu provedeného dotazníkového šetření. V praktické části byla provedena situační analýza a dále je v ní detailně popsán návrh marketingové strategie a marketingového mixu společně s doporučeními pro zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define marketing strategy of a swimming school Kapříček. The theoretical part defines key concepts of marketing, marketing strategy and marketing research. In the methodological part, the research questions and methods were introduced. It also consists of an analysis of a carried-out questionnaire. In the practical part a situational analysis was carried out and the proposal of the marketing strategy and marketing mix is described in detail, together with recommendations for improvement. |
