| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti implementace automatizovaných řešení v logistickém sektoru. V teoretické části práce jsou osvětleny pojmy důležité pro pochopení významu automatizace logistických procesů. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé technologie vhodné pro automatizaci činností ve skladech. Zmíněny jsou motivace a bariéry zavádění těchto technologií a byla popsána výchozí ekonomická situace z pohledu automatizace v logistickém sektoru. Praktická část přináší zpracovanou analýzu významných produktů a jejich výrobců, na jejímž základě proběhl výběr řešení relevantních pro konkrétní firmu. Z pohledu zavádění nové technologie byla zpracována analýza rizik. Výsledky poskytují konkrétní firmě potřebné informace pro další rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the possibilities of implementing automated solutions in the logistics sector. In the theoretical part of the thesis the concepts important for understanding the meaning of automation in logistics processes are explained. The theoretical research also explained the technologies for warehouse automation and focused on the main barriers and motivations for companies to automate their warehouses Last but not least, the economic situation in the logistics sector was assessed. The practical part presents an elaborated analysis of important products and their manufacturers, based on which the selection of solutions relevant for a particular company was carried out. From the perspective of the introduction of new technology, a risk analysis has been prepared. The results provide the specific company with the necessary information for further decision-making. |
