| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje principům cirkulární ekonomiky v městském plánování. Definuje pojmy cirkulární ekonomika a cirkulární město a vysvětluje cirkulární sociokulturní vzorce spotřeby, jimž byl v dosavadní odborné literatuře věnován jen minimální prostor. Cílem práce je zhodnotit přínos Strategie hlavního města Prahy pro přechod na cirkulární ekonomiku přijaté v roce 2022. V první fázi práce na základě obsahové analýzy vyhodnocuje, jaká opatření přináší Strategie nově oproti dříve schváleným strategickým dokumentům na úrovni města. Následně prostřednictvím komparativní analýzy porovnává cirkulární strategie pro Prahu, Bratislavu, Vídeň a Amsterdam. V závěrečném zhodnocení je konstatováno, že pražská cirkulární strategie nedostatečně pracuje s nástroji pro ovlivňování sociokulturních vzorců chování obyvatel a s modely jako je sdílená ekonomika nebo produkt jako služba. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the principles of circular economy in urban planning. It defines the concepts of circular economy and circular city and explains circular socio-cultural patterns of consumption, which have received minimal attention in the existing literature. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the contribution of the Prague city strategy for the transition to a circular economy adopted in 2022. Based on a content analysis, the first phase of the thesis evaluates, themes the Strategy introduces compared to previously approved strategic documents at the city level. It then conducts a comparative analysis of circular strategies for Prague, Bratislava, Vienna, and Amsterdam. The final assessment concludes that Prague's circular strategy does not sufficiently work with tools for influencing socio-cultural behavioral patterns of inhabitants and with models such as the sharing economy or product-as-a-service. |
