| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je porozumět, jakým překážkám čelí čeští projektoví manažeři při využívání umělé inteligence pro účely řízení rizik projektů a co jsou klíčové faktory pro jejich překonání. Tento cíl je naplněn pomocí rešerše existující odborné literatury a kvalitativního výzkumu. Data pro výzkum byla získávána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se 7 projektovými manažery z různých společností. Na základě analýzy dat jsou zodpovězeny dvě výzkumné otázky, které zkoumají existující překážky využívání umělé inteligence pro řízení rizik projektů v České republice. Výsledkem první výzkumné otázky je strukturovaný přehled překážek, ke kterým patří např. nedostatek času pro zkoumání, potřeba lidské interpretace výstupů nebo nedostatečná podpora českého jazyka. Výsledkem druhé výzkumné otázky jsou doporučení pro firmy, jak tyto překážky překonat. Jedním z nich je vytvoření specifických případových studií využití umělé inteligence v rámci řízení rizik, aby se ušetřil čas za samostatné studium možností umělé inteligence. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to understand what obstacles Czech project managers face when using artificial intelligence for project risk management purposes and what are the key factors for overcoming them. This objective is fulfilled through a review of existing literature and qualitative research. Data for the research was collected through semi-structured interviews with 7 project managers from different companies. Based on the data analysis, two research questions are answered to explore the existing obstacles to the use of artificial intelligence for project risk management in the Czech Republic. The first research question results in a structured overview of the obstacles, which include, for example, lack of time for research, the need for human interpretation of outputs, or insufficient support for the Czech language. The second research question results in recommendations for companies to overcome these obstacles. One of these is to create specific case studies of the use of AI in risk management to save time for independent study of AI capabilities. |
