| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současné situace středního managementu v gastronomickém průmyslu, identifikaci příčin jeho krize a návrh strategií k řešení této krize. Teoretická část zkoumá základní koncepty krize a středního managementu, stejně jako jeho aktuální specifika, zatímco praktická část využívá metodu jednopřípadové studie a hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky, s cílem získat perspektivu zástupců The Miners na tuto aktuální problematiku. Získaná data slouží jako základ pro formulaci celkem 7 konkrétních doporučení, která mají sloužit k zlepšení situace v praktické rovině. Kromě toho se získávají cenné interní komentáře od vlastníků a manažerů, které přinášejí užitečné rady a upozorňují na potenciální rizika a výzvy v oboru. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the current situation of middle management in the gastronomic industry, identifying the causes of its crisis, and proposing strategies to address this crisis. The theoretical part examines fundamental concepts of crisis and middle management, as well as its current specifics, while the practical part utilizes the method of a single-case study and in-depth semi-structured interviews with experts to gain insights from representatives of The Miners on this current issue. The acquired data serves as the basis for formulating a total of 7 specific recommendations aimed at improving the situation in practical terms. Additionally, valuable insights are obtained from owners and managers, providing useful advice and highlighting potential risks and challenges in the industry. |
