| Abstract: | Město Beroun se dlouhodobě potýká s problémy, které s sebou nesou stále navyšující se objemy dopravy v regionu. Zejména se jedná o tranzitní dopravu, která s sebou nese mnoho negativních externalit. Dopravní situace města Beroun a jeho spojení s Prahou je diplomová práce zabývající se rešerší dopravní situace města Beroun a možnostmi jeho rozvoje. Teoretická část slouží k vysvětlení a popsání základních pojmů týkajících se tématu práce a popsání metod, kterých práce využívá k analýze. V praktické části se práce orientuje na bližší představení města a jeho analýzu z pohledu dopravy a dopravních možností. Práce zároveň analyzuje dopravní spojení s hlavním městem Prahou, které hraje v situaci města významnou roli. Po analýze je vytvořena analýza SWOT a následně jsou navrhnuta možná řešení nalezených problematik. |

| Abstract: | The town of Beroun has long been struggling with the problems caused by the ever-increasing traffic volumes in the region. Especially transit traffic, which brings with it many negative externalities. The traffic situation of Beroun and its connection with Prague is a master thesis dealing with the research of the traffic situation of Beroun and the possibilities of its development. The theoretical part serves to explain and describe the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis and describe the methods used for the analysis. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on a closer introduction of the town and its analysis in terms of transport and transport possibilities. The thesis also analyses the transport connection with the capital city of Prague, which plays an important role in the situation of the town. After the analysis, a SWOT analysis is created and then possible solutions to the problems found are proposed. |
