| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je návrh strategických kroků pro Pivovar Falkenštejn, který se nachází v Národním parku České Švýcarsko. Vstupem pro návrh této strategie je strategická analýza firmy včetně finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se strategie firmy a jsou zde představeny nástroje strategické analýzy a finanční analýzy. V praktické části jsou veškeré popsané nástroje strategické a finanční analýzy vypracovány pro firmu Pivovar Falkenštejn. Po zhodnocení výsledků této analýzy je v práci odpovězeno na výzkumné otázky, zda je firma finančně stabilní, jaké konkrétní strategické kroky by měli majitelé realizovat a jaký přístup ke strategii by měli zvolit. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master‘s thesis is to propose strategic steps for the company Pivovar Falkenštejn, which is located in the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. The basis for proposing this strategy is a strategic analysis of the company, including a financial analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to strategy and introduces the tools of strategic and financial analysis. In the practical part, all the described strategic and financial analysis tools are applied to the company Pivovar Falkenštej. After evaluating the results of this analysis, the thesis addresses the research questions of whether the company is financially stable, what specific strategic steps the owners should implement, and what approach to strategy they should adopt. |
