| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat, analyzovat a vyhodnotit již aktuální či potenciální rizika, kterým sledovaná společnost Tipsport net. a.s. může čelit a identifikovat strategie, které by mohly být zavedeny pro ochranu či posílení své stávající pozice. Teoretická část obsahuje představení klíčových definic souvisejících s tématem práce a metod, které budou pro tuto diplomovou práci využity. Praktická část bude uvedena představením analyzovaného podniku a jeho struktury. Následovat bude externí a interní analýza podniku, ze které budou identifikovány příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky podniku. Externí analýza bude provedena pomocí metod PESTEL a Porterův model pěti sil a interní analýza bude obsahovat analýzu VRIO a finanční analýzu. Následovat bude syntéza SWOT, která poskytne ucelený přehled identifikovaných poznatků. Součástí této práce bude také plán výkazu zisku a ztrát, jehož výstupy poslouží jako vstupní informace simulace Monte Carlo. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to identify, analyze and evaluate the current or potential risks the company Tipsport net. a.s. may face and to identify strategies that could be implemented to protect or strengthen its current position. The theoretical part includes an introduction of the key definitions related to the topic of the thesis and the methods that will be used for this thesis. The practical part will be introduced by presenting the analyzed company and its structure. This will be followed by an external and internal analysis of the enterprise from which opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses will be identified. The external analysis will be conducted using PESTEL and Porter's five forces model and the internal analysis will include VRIO and financial analysis. This will be followed by a SWOT synthesis which will provide a comprehensive overview of the identified findings. This work will also include a profit and loss account plan, the outputs of which will serve as input to the Monte Carlo simulation. |
