Tato bakalářská práce ma za cíl vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro značku nellie’s plushies, která se zabývá výrobou a prodejem ručně háčkovaných plyšových výrobků. V teoretické části je popsán přínos, účel a struktura jednotlivých částí a náležitostí podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je sestaven konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro danou značku včetně analýz trhu, zákazníků, konkurence, dodavatelů a rizik a marketingového a finančního plánu. Závěrem je posouzena proveditelnost a udržitelnost podnikatelského záměru. |

This bachelor’s thesis aims to create a business plan for the brand nellie’s plushies, which specializes in the production and sale of hand-crocheted plush products. The theoretical part describes the benefits, purpose, and structure of individual parts and attributes of the business plan. The practical part compiles a specific business plan for the given brand, including market, customer, competition, supplier, and risk analyses, as well as marketing and financial plans. In conclusion, the feasibility and sustainability of the business intention are assessed. |
