| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou společensky odpovědných (CSR) aktivit ve společnosti Lagardère Travel Retail, a.s. Práce zkoumá, jak jsou ve společnosti implementovány CSR aspekty do její strategie, co je k tomu vede a také zkoumá strukturu a oblasti, které jsou pro společnost v rámci CSR prioritní. Teoretická část je věnovaná vymezení pojmu CSR, motivaci pro její zavádění a alternativním teoriím CSR. Praktická část se poté skládá z analýzy sekundárních dat, které jsou doplněny hloubkovým rozhovorem. Cílem je získat ucelený přehled o CSR strategii firmy a následně porovnat její přínos pro plnění Cílů udržitelného rozvoje od OSN. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of socially responsible (CSR) activities in Lagardère Travel Retail, a.s. The thesis examines how CSR aspects are implemented in the company’s strategy, what leads company to do so, and examines the structure and pillars of CSR, which are priorities for the company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of CSR, the motivation for its implementation and the alternative theories of CSR. The practical part then consists of secondary data analysis, which is complemented by an in-depth interview. The aim of this analysis is to gain comprehensive overview of the firm’s CSR strategy and then compare its contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. |
