| Abstract: |
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit stav společnosti XY, pomocí různých metod strategické a finanční analýzy. Zkoumali jsme finanční a strategickou pozici společnosti pro období 2018–2022. Práce se skládala ze dvou hlavních částí. První, teoretická část podrobně popisovala metody a nástroje, které byly použity k analýze finanční a strategické situace. Praktická část práce byla věnována analýze finanční situace společnosti XY, dále analýze vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a SWOT analýze. V závěru práce byly shrnuty hlavní body získané z komplexní analýzy a na základě nabytých informací byly formulovány závěr a doporučení pro další rozvoj společnosti. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the state of firm XY using various methods of strategic and financial analysis. We examined the financial and strategic position of the company for the period 2018-2022. The thesis consisted of two main parts. The first part-which theoretically detailed the methods and tools that were used to analyse the financial and strategic situation. The practical part of the thesis was devoted to the analysis of the financial situation of firm XY, as well as the analysis of the external and internal environment and SWOT analysis. In the end of the thesis, the main points obtained from the complex analysis were summarized and based on the obtained information, conclusions and recommendations for the development of the company were formulated. |
