| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na provedení postauditu úspěšného investičního projektu: Otevření nové pobočky konzultační softwarové společnosti CGI IT Czech Republic. Výzkum odhalil nejen pozitivní odchylky, jako je vyšší počet zaměstnanců a lepší pracovní efektivita, ale také negativní odchylky, jako jiná poskytovaná práce a odlišné zdroje cíleného recruitmentu. Příležitosti pro zlepšení byly zjištěny primárně ve fázi přípravy projektu, zejména pak v rozhodovacím procesu a analýze rizik. Výzkum rovněž poukázal na optimalizovatelné postupy plánování scénářů, jejichž imperfekce vedly k nepřesným predikcím a dalším nepředvídaným odchylkám. Práce doporučuje kvalitní a důkladnou dokumentaci jednotlivých fází investičních projektů a následnou archivaci. Na celkovém úspěchu auditovaného projektu měla největší podíl jeho celková flexibilita, nasazení projektového týmu a účinnost preventivních opatření. Závěrečným potvrzením teoretických východisek je, že systematický postaudit může firmám skutečně umožnit účinně identifikovat příčiny odchylek, optimalizovat strategie a zvýšit tak úspěšnost budoucích projektů, čímž přispívá k jejich dlouhodobé udržitelnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the post-audit of a successful investment project: the opening of a new branch of the consulting software company CGI IT Czech Republic. The research revealed not only positive deviations, such as higher staff members and better work efficiency, but also negative deviations, such as different work provided and different sources of targeted recruitment. Opportunities for improvement were identified primarily in the project preparation phase, especially in the decision-making process and risk analysis. The research also highlighted optimisable scenario planning practices whose imperfections led to inaccurate predictions and other unforeseen deviations. The paper also recommends good and thorough documentation of the different phases of investment projects and their subsequent archival. The overall success of the audited project was due to its overall flexibility, the commitment of the project team and the effectiveness of preventive measures. A final confirmation of the theoretical assumptions is that systematic post-audit can indeed enable firms to effectively identify the causes of deviations, optimise strategies and thus increase the success of future projects, contributing to their long-term sustainability. |
