| Abstract: | V rámci této práce se zaměřím na personální politiku ve vyhlášených gastronomických organizacích v Praze a zjistím, jak ji vnímají zaměstnanci. Praktická část se bude opírat o dotazníkové šetření, které proběhne ve vyhlášených restauracích, jehož obsahem budou otázky týkající se pracovní spokojenosti, možností odměňování, příležitostí k pracovnímu rozvoji a dalších témat úzce souvisejících s personální politikou. Cílem je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky v této oblasti a zjistit, co zaměstnanci oceňují a co by mělo být vylepšeno či změněno. Tato práce přinese důležité poznatky o tom, jak zaměstnanci vybrané gastronomické skupiny vnímají personální politiku a zda jsou s ní obeznámeni. Informace, které zaměstnanci poskytnou, budou přínosné jak pro uchazeče o práci v dané restauraci, tak pro její personální oddělení. |

| Abstract: | In this thesis I will focus on the HR policy in renowned gastronomic organisations in Prague and find out how employees perceive it. The practical part will be based on a questionnaire survey conducted in renowned restaurants, which will include questions about job satisfaction, remuneration opportunities, professional development opportunities and other topics closely related to HR policy. The aim is to identify strengths and weaknesses in this area and to find out what employees value and what needs to be improved or changed. This work will provide important insights into how employees in the selected catering group perceive the HR policy and whether they are familiar with it. The information provided by the employees will be useful to both the job applicants and the restaurant's HR department |
