| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT) na rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí ve vybraných evropských státech. Cílem práce bylo ukázat do jaké míry kvalita informačních a komunikačních technologií ovlivňuje rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí. Dále pak ukázat jaký vliv mají ICT vybrané faktory na rozvoj dílčích prvků podnikatelského prostředí. Na základě teoretických poznatků byly sestaveny modely pro celkové i dílčí prvky a provedena regresní analýza vlivu vybraných ukazatelů, které byly uvedeny v teoretické části na podnikatelské prostředí. Metodou výzkumu byla zejména metoda nejmenších čtverců (OLS) pro odhad parametrů jednotlivých modelů. Byl prokázán statisticky významný vliv některých částí ICT na vznik nových podniků a to zejména pro s ICT spojené Podnikatelské prostředí, Infrastrukturu a Sociální prostředí. Na dílčí prvky podnikatelského prostředí pak má vliv např. použití ICT v B2C styku, vládní vize v ICT, dostupnost nejnovějších technologií, kapacita pro inovace a zabezpečené servery na milion obyvatel. Naopak některé proměnné mají vliv negativní. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis examines the influence of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the development of the business environment in selected European countries. The work aimed to show to what extent the quality of information and communication technologies affects the development of the business environment. Also the influence of selected ICT factors on the development of partial elements of the business environment was tested. Based on theoretical knowledge, models for overall and partial elements were compiled and a regression analysis of the influence of selected indicators was carried out. The research method was mainly the method of least squares (OLS) for estimating the parameters of individual models. A statistically significant influence of some parts of ICT on the creation of new businesses was proven, especially for ICT-related Business Environment, Infrastructure and Social Environment. The use of ICT in B2C communication, the government's vision in ICT, the availability of the latest technologies, the capacity for innovation and secure servers per million inhabitants affect the partial elements of the business environment. On the contrary, some variables have a negative effect. |
